Full Journal pdf1993-05-11 Senate Journal Page 2351 HB 126 Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that the Senate rescind its previous action in passing SPONSOR SUBSTITUTE FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 126 "An Act establishing the current prevailing rate of wages issued at least 10 days before the final submission of bids as the prevailing wage rate for public construction projects and requiring periodic adjustment of the wage rate" (page 2345). Without objection, the Senate rescinded its previous action. 1993-05-11 Senate Journal Page 2352 HB 126 SPONSOR SUBSTITUTE FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 126 was before the Senate in third reading on reconsideration. The question to be reconsidered: "Shall SPONSOR SUBSTITUTE FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 126 "An Act establishing the current prevailing rate of wages issued at least 10 days before the final submission of bids as the prevailing wage rate for public construction projects and requiring periodic adjustment of the wage rate" pass the Senate?" SPONSOR SUBSTITUTE FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 126 was signed by the President and Secretary and returned to the House.
