Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that the Senate               
rescind its previous action in passing SPONSOR SUBSTITUTE FOR                  
HOUSE BILL NO. 126 "An Act establishing the current prevailing                 
rate of wages issued at least 10 days before the final submission of           
bids as the prevailing wage rate for public construction projects and          
requiring periodic adjustment of the wage rate" (page 2345).                   
Without objection, the Senate rescinded its previous action.

SPONSOR SUBSTITUTE FOR HOUSE  BILL NO. 126 was before                          
the Senate in third reading on reconsideration.                                
                                                                               
The question to be reconsidered:  "Shall SPONSOR SUBSTITUTE                    
FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 126 "An Act establishing the current                        
prevailing rate of wages issued at least 10 days before the final              
submission of bids as the prevailing wage rate for public                      
construction projects and requiring periodic adjustment of the wage
